Please pray for Scot, father of Travis and Alexa, who has recently undergone two surgeries - one on his neck and the other his shoulder. Pray for a quick and full recovery without any complications or limitations. Pray for the Lord's covering over the family's business during this time as well.

Prayer Request

Fredericka Mccalla has asked us to pray for the following:

please pray for me and my husband we have been trying to have a baby for the past 6-7 years and are unable to do so. Doctors say we cannot have them on our own. We need a miracle from god he\'s are only hope and option to having a family. We need him to delivery us out of this and save us bless us with a baby for next year if his will we really need prayer. And for our family and friends - financial stability and strength during this time (and for a house).

Latest News on Brittany as Mom Reported

The doctor called and said that Brittany's bone scan was clear!! There are NOT any other lesions/tumors. Her blood tests were also good, and her kidneys and liver were normal. Her sodium level was a little high, but she will test it again on Monday. Praise God, we are so thankful and relieved! He is holding Brittany in his hands.

Please continue to pray for her as she begins an IV treatment. Pray that the treatment would not be taxing on her and that it would be of a short duration because God heals her!

Important updates

The doctor now central in the Brittany's case is prescribing IV delivered medications without surgery! Praise God! Brittany has been cleared to resume her normal activities although some of the side effects of the medication are unknown at this point. Please continue to pray for a complete healing and for the family to continue to walk in the strength of the Lord.

Pray for the Wnek family

Please read through this urgent prayer request and petition our Lord to extend a healing hand of mercy to this young lady. Pray for the family to know God's covering in this time as well.

I am contacting you because we need people to pray, and we are hoping that some of you will look out for our son, Mike. We have been dealing with a lot this past month. We have two family members who are presently fighting cancer, however, we just found out yesterday that our daughter Brittany (12 yrs old), has a tumor on her temporal bone. This is extremely serious and it has had a great impact on our family. We have many tests, a biopsy, and surgery at Children\'s Hospital over the next few weeks. We are trusting the Lord and taking one day at a time. Will you please keep our family in prayer? I imagine Mike will share with his classes or ask for prayer but I just know he needs some encouragement and hope. Thank you for all you do for the students and for our son Mike. We are so thankful that he is at Foothills.

- Pray for the students to encounter God's truth in such a powerful way that they would become His true disciples.

- Pray that the staff would have the wisdom of God, love of Christ, and anointing of the Holy Spirit in their work as ministers of education.

- Pray for financial blessings for the families in the school; Foothills Christian Church, who supports us; and for those that would support us throughout the school year.

Pray for Healing for Mrs. Mueller

Update

Mrs. Mueller had a successful surgery, but faces chemotherapy as well as radiation therapy. Please pray for a quick healing and for God's covering through this time.

Please pray for Mrs. Mueller to be healed from the cancer that is attacking her body. She is scheduled for surgery on October 9th, but we are praying that God heals her before then. If not, pray that God would guide the surgeon's hands and the all would go well without complication.

Not a good-bye, but a "See you later."

The longest tenured employee of Foothills Christian High School is leaving us with this semester break. Mrs. Grauer has been through the multiple moves and trials that has brought us to the point we are at today. Undoubtedly, it is her faithfulness and love that has helped carry this school through the past ten year and one-half years. Mrs. Grauer was always quick to step in to help, fill a need, or simply pray for the needs. Pam, we are going to miss your quick smile, friendly mannerisms, and service to the youth God has made a part of this school. This not a good-bye, it is however with the mixed emotions of joy for you and sadness for us that we say, "We love you and we will see you later!" We will be praying for you and your family as they make this transition into a new state. May the Lord bless you all!

I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone, staff, students, parents and administartion for all the words of encouragement and the prayers while my family and I were transitioning to Nevada. We are finally settled in and I am still looking for a job but I know the Lord has plans so I am looking forward to seeing them come into light. I miss everyone very much and I pray for you daily.
