Foothills Christian High School has been awarded full accreditation from the accrediting body of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
The long hours, days, weeks, months, and three year candidacy process has born the fruit of accreditation, which means that our unique program is held on an equal footing with all other schools. We appreciate all of you that labored, prayed, and participated in the many aspects of the process that has culminated in this news worthy achievement. It takes the commitment of all the stakeholders and concerned individuals to build a school community into the viable educational ministry that we are today.
The mission of Foothills Christian High School is to unify the efforts of parents/guardians, teachers, and staff in order to promote the development of spiritual, academic, and athletic excellence in our students. The framework upon which this effort is built is a comprehensive Biblical world view set in a Christian environment. Our goal is to facilitate the development of today's students into the leaders of tomorrow.
Foothills Christian High School serves the body of Christ by providing the unique opportunity for students to interact with their peers in the classroom while still pursuing individual goals.
As a fully Nationally Accredited institution we offer two basic tracks to our student body. The college prep diploma prepares students for academic pursuits in the collegiate arena while preparing them with the tools to keep a Christian world view in perspective. Our applied arts program similarly provides students with the basic academic and Christian world view knowledge necessary for success in today's marketplace.
